Quest is a Channelnomics MSP Awards 2018 Winner

[MUSIC PLAYING] Most important thing that someone can do with their data regardless of the company size is to back it up and know that, in fact, at some point when they need that data, it is there to be recovered. One of the things we specialize in is live recovery. So that as soon as the customer can find the data file that they need to recover, the employees begin to work as soon as that is found, rather than wait for days, weeks, whatever it takes to go get that data in the old world. The feature is called Live Recovery and is intended to get the customer back up within minutes, not hours or days. [MUSIC PLAYING] Finding a solution that addresses all of their needs, with Quest we scale from [? SNB ?] all the way up to backing up large corporations that do petabytes of data. So we're really in this space regardless of where their customers are, whether it is a four-person mom and pop all the way up to someone who's backing up hundreds and hundreds of gigs of data a [MUSIC PLAYING] This year, 2018, MSBs are huge for us. We've always supported the MSB community. Coming out of Dell, we made a larger commitment to it because we can do so much for them. We have technologies across our Windows group, across our Oracle group, and in our case, data protection and case platforms are cutting edge. They do a lot of things that a small customer can't do on their own, and we can provide in MSB model. [MUSIC PLAYING] So we think we know the business really well. We've come from it. We were software only, so we know what the end user wants and how they want the data delivered. We've been in this business for a long time, so we know that as the business evolves, we're going need to stay ahead of that stuff. There's a lot of releases coming from us this year that will help the MSB be able to address the needs of those small to medium-sized customers even better. That's a market space we're going after really strong. [MUSIC PLAYING] We're very excited obviously to get this award. Anytime we're recognized by our peers in an award like this, it's a big thing for us. Something we can talk about to our partners, that the group in general has decided that we're a good fit for their community. We hope that as these releases come out this year, there will even be more recognition. It's a space we want to push into very hard. So this award is a good step for us, something we can talk to our partners about.
