[MUSIC PLAYING] So Arrow Electronics is a value added distributor. And we consider ourselves, basically, an extension of our partners or, in this case, Quest Sales Organization. So we work very closely in multiple different areas around inside sales providing quotes, special pricing, order processing.
We have alignment strategies with your sales organizations around recruitment. We also work with existing partners to train, and enable them, and expand them for growth. In addition to that, we have a marketing department focused on Quest, where we've had some great success with some opportunity generation type campaigns.
I have a technical organization that can help partners, train and enable partners, enable them at the sales level, or advanced them for future. The Quest Sales Organization is great to work with. They're very responsive. We all work together for the same end goal.
We have many types of partners. Some very focused just on Quest. So they're committed. They're looking for our help across the board to grow specifically with their Quest business.
We also have partners that are looking for new opportunities. So we bring Quest in to fill solution gaps that they have in their portfolios. And it's a win-win for both sides.
